When my two jobs collide, I get to take photos of amazing people, in amazing places. Here’s a little preview of Ivan and Kim’s amazing Malibu session at El Matador State Beach. We did this two weeks ago. In December! Welcome to Winter in Los Angeles.
I have been lucky enough to know Alex and Rima for years. We first met our freshmen year in college and I’ve been lucky enough to see their relationship grow over the years, culminating in this fabulous wedding from this past summer. This is one of the first of my college friends to tie the knot and it was an absolute blast to see everyone again and capture their special day! Alex and Rima really brought the best people back together again :) Here’s a short preview of some of the awesome shots we got.
And thank you to my amazing second shooter Lizzi from Lizzi Photography!
This past June, Emma and Taylor tied the knot amongst an intimate group of family and friends in a stunningly elegant affair. Ever since I heard that Emma and Taylor were having their big day at the Smog Shoppe, I was incredibly excited. Taking a converted auto repair shop and turning it into a wedding venue sounds crazy, but the people at Smog Shoppe do an incredible job of making it an intimate and beautiful venue unlike any other in Los Angeles. And as always, I am eternally grateful for Lizzi from Lizzi Photography on her assistance as my second shooter!
This past May, Jacob and Margo tied the knot up in beautiful Santa Barbara, with a gorgeous ceremony and incredible details. The weather was absolutely perfect, and the Airbnb was to die for. Congrats you two!!
Once again, I had the amazing Lizzi Beduya from Lizzi Photography to help second shoot for me. Check out a preview of the images below!
Every year I get the chance to travel to some amazing places to shoot incredible weddings. This year, I was lucky enough to be asked to be a part of this absolutely stunning wedding at Bloomfield Farms in Petaluma, California. With the help of my incredible second shooter Lizzi Beduya, we had an incredible time shooting on a mountaintop, a barn, and everywhere in between.
The Mormon Temple in Los Angeles is one of the most striking rebukes to West LA development in the city. It towers above the buildings near it, but has vast expanses of grass, greenery, and open space. When I get the chance to shoot there, I enjoy the simplicity of the space and the ability to shoot in so many different locations… And luckily with Nicole and Justin, I got the chance to spend a couple extra hours there to set up a first look before their big day..
I want to thank my assistant Aurelia D’Amore for being such a fantastic help on this big day!
Armenian weddings are unlike any other in the industry. They are big events, incredibly beautiful, and immensely fun. When Karen and Arbi asked me to be a part of their big day, I couldn’t wait for the chance to experience the traditions and rituals that make Armenian weddings so unique. When the day finally came, it went beyond all of my expectations…
And a big thank you to Lizzi from Lizzi Photography on assisting me on this wedding!
The ultimate compliment is when my friends ask me to photograph their family. Shooting Renata’s Senior High School photos was fantastic. Working in Eaton Canyon right when the flowers were in full bloom. Fantastic way to spend an afternoon…
Graduation season is upon us! And you know what that means? So. Many. Graduation. Sessions. This year has been no different with USC grads keeping me pretty busy the last month. But slowly they will start hitting the blog… starting right now. Thank you ladies!
In February I kicked off the wedding season by photographing Christian and Reyna’s big day. I think we should all aspire to have as much fun at your own wedding as these two did!
And a big thank you to Lizzi from Lizzi Loves Photography on assisting me on this wedding!
